We are dedicated to fostering emotional, mental, and spiritual growth in this vulnerable population, equipping them with essential life skills and empowering them to overcome obstacles and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Behavior Modification and Counseling Services
Tailored counseling and behavior modification programs to address and manage challenging behaviors, fostering positive growth and emotional well-being.
Support for Teenagers with Behavioral Challenges
Specialized support and intervention for teenagers facing behavioral difficulties, offering guidance, counseling, and strategies for positive change. (Ages 13–18)
Faith-Based Life Coaching and Mentorship
Spiritual guidance, mentorship, and life coaching rooted in faith principles to inspire personal growth, resilience, and purpose.
Foster Care Aging-Out Program Support

Our Story
Faith Hope and Love Solutions Ministry was born out of a deeply personal journey of compassion and dedication. The founder, Euquasia Lottmen, embarked on this mission with a heartfelt purpose—to create a haven for her sister, who faced expulsion from every school in Roanoke due to behavioral challenges, eloping, and assault issues. Through extensive research and a profound desire to support her sister, Euquasia realized the pressing need for similar services in the community.
Driven by a vision to provide a safe and supportive environment for at-risk teens and young adults to grow, heal, and succeed, Faith Hope and Love Solutions Ministry was established. Euquasia’s personal experience and commitment to making a difference in the lives of those facing challenges became the cornerstone of our organization.

Euquasia Lottmen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Faith Hope and Love Solutions Ministry. With a B.A. in Art Degree from the College of New Rochelle and over 30 years of experience in human services, Euquasia is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of supporting individuals with intense behavioral and emotional challenges.
Her exceptional rapport-building skills, coupled with a background in management, supervision, and staff development, have enabled her to create a nurturing and effective support system for those in need. Euquasia’s dedication to implementing program guidelines and fostering positive outcomes, particularly in the realm of substance use disorders, underscores her commitment to serving the community with compassion and excellence.
